1. Elastic Band – ideal for up to 10 folded sheets (i.e., 40 pages), with a maximum of 15 sheets (60 pages).
- One of the most convenient paper-binding ways to hold the paper menu.
- For folded in half sheets only.

2. Leather Lace – ideal for up to 10 folded sheets (i.e., 40 pages), with a maximum of 15 sheets (60 pages).
- One of the simplest and most reliable menu-binding options.
- For folded in half sheets only.

3. Metal Rings or Ring Mechanism – ideal for up to 10-20 sheets (i.e., 20-40 pages), with a maximum of 30 sheets.
- An easy-to-use and effective way to keep your menu pages together.
- Not compatible with standard office file sleeves.

4. Leather or Brass Plank – designed for 1 to 10 sheets (i.e., 1-20 pages) of regular-weight paper.
- A heavyweight paper is not recommended if using more than 1–3 sheets.
- If you use more than one heavyweight (cardboard) page, we recommend using creasing for better paper folding.
- The paper is binding using Chicago screws. The holes can be made with a standard office hole punch.
- Not compatible with standard office file sleeves.

5. Plastic Sleeves - designed for 8 double-printed or 16 single-printed sheets (i.e.,16 pages)
- The standard version includes 8 individual plastic sleeves. Each sleeve can fit 1 double-printed or 2 single-printed sheets.
- Additional sleeves can be added if needed (can fit a maximum of 20 sleeves).

6. Wooden Menu Holder + Wooden, Brass or Leather Plank (Paper with punched holes) – designed for 1 to 5 sheets of regular-weight paper.
- A practical and elegant method for menu organization.
- A heavyweight paper is not recommended if using more than 1–3 sheets.
- If you use more than one heavyweight (cardboard) page, we recommend using creasing for better paper folding.
- The paper is bound using Chicago screws.. The holes can be made with a standard office hole punch.
